Über uns – das Projektteam
Wir sind zwei angehende staatlich geprüfte Techniker für Automatisierungstechnik.
Unser gemeinsames Ziel: 
Technik erlebbar machen und komplexe Inhalte anschaulich präsentieren.
 
Mit unserem Abschlussprojekt – der interaktiven Info-Vitrine – vereinen wir unser technisches Know-how aus den Bereichen Mechanik, Elektronik und Programmierung.
Dabei bringen wir nicht nur Fachwissen ein, sondern auch Kreativität, Präzision und Teamgeist, um eine innovative Lösung zu entwickeln, die sowohl informiert als auch begeistert.

With our final project – the interactive information showcase – we combine our technical expertise in mechanics, electronics, and programming.
In doing so, we contribute not only our technical knowledge, but also creativity, precision, and teamwork to develop an innovative solution that both informs and inspires.

Unser Projekt - SmartSphere

Im Rahmen unseres Abschlussprojekts zum staatlich geprüften Techniker für Automatisierungstechnik haben wir SmartSphere entwickelt und umgesetzt: eine interaktive Informationsvitrine auf Basis einer umgebauten Murmelbahn in einer bestehenden Vitrine.

Die Anlage verbindet mechanische Bewegung mit digitaler Steuerung und visueller Darstellung am HMI. Im Infomodus läuft automatisch ein Film über die Technikerschule, sobald keine aktive Bedienung erfolgt. Tritt ein Besucher an die Anlage heran, kann er in den Interaktivmodus wechseln und ein Quiz starten – aktuell mit Fokus auf Produktions- und Prozessautomatisierung.

Die Kugel visualisiert den Ablauf des Systems, indem sie durch die Bahn geführt und automatisch weitertransportiert wird. Die Beantwortung erfolgt über das HMI mit vier Antwortmöglichkeiten. Unabhängig davon, ob eine Antwort richtig oder falsch ist, läuft der Ablauf weiter; bei einer falschen Auswahl wird am HMI die richtige Antwort angezeigt, sodass der Besucher direkt dazulernen kann.

Ziel von SmartSphere ist es, technische Inhalte anschaulich zu vermitteln und gleichzeitig die Umsetzung als Technikerprojekt sichtbar zu machen. Ergänzend dient unsere Projekthomepage als Informationsquelle und dokumentiert den Projektfortschritt über regelmäßige News und Projektupdates.

Our Project – SmartSphere

As part of our final project for the state-certified technician in automation engineering, we developed and completed SmartSphere: an interactive information showcase built into an existing display cabinet, based on a modified marble run. 

The system combines mechanical motion with digital control and HMI-based interaction. In Information Mode, a video about the technical school is played automatically whenever the exhibit is not being used. When a visitor approaches the system, they can switch to Interactive Mode and start a quiz—currently focused on production and process automation. 

The marble visualizes the process by moving through the track and being transported automatically. Questions are shown on the HMI with four answer options. Regardless of whether the visitor’s choice is correct or incorrect, the marble continues to run to keep the experience fluid; if an incorrect option is chosen, the correct answer is displayed on the HMI, allowing immediate learning feedback. 

The goal of SmartSphere is to present technical topics in a clear and engaging way while also highlighting the engineering work behind the project. In addition, our project website serves as an information source and documents progress through regular news and updates.
